The Concord Sleeper 2.0 carrycot transforms the Concord Neo and Wanderer into a practical combi pram for babies that can be used from day one. The turning mechanism enables you to adjust the sleeping position. In addition, the Concord Sleeper 2.0 carrycot can be used as a restraint system in the car (Group 0, 0 to 9 months).

Product Description

The Concord Sleeper 2.0 carrycot is a comfortable baby bed for when you are on the go: it transforms your Concord buggy pushchair into a comfortable combi pram, and can be used as a restraining system in the back of your car.

If you want to combine it with a buggy pushchair, we recommend the Concord Neo and Wanderer. Thanks to the integrated adaptor, the cot can be mounted and attached to both frames in the blink of an eye. To remove the cot, all you need to do is press the button.

The padded and soft interior of the Concord Sleeper 2.0 carrycot is perfect for the smallest of babies: they can lie securely and safely, and thanks to a well thought-out ventilation system in the head and back area, will remain cool in the summer.

Thanks to a turning mechanism, the cot can be adjusted in height to allow your baby to lie in a more upright position, making it easier for them to see the world outside.

The foldable canopy, made from high-quality and elastic 3D fabric, protects from rain, wind and sun.

The Concord Sleeper 2.0 carrycot could quickly turn into your baby's favourite spot – even when you are in the car. The Sleeper 2.0 can be used as a restraint system in the car up to an age of 9 months. In this case, it is transversely attached to the back seat.

Good quality, better for the spine (unfortunately only the baby's spine, though)

    Review by: Papa Thomas

Our son was six weeks premature, and so the normal cots, even with seat liners, weren't suitable. Because of his weak muscle tone, our baby lay in there like a drop of water, and was literally gasping for breath. We had to find a solution, and that is when we came across the relatively new Sleeper carrycots. There are models available from Römer, PEG and Concord, amongst others. These cots are ingenious, since they allow babies to lie flat even in the car, and mean they are not so restricted and do not collapse into themselves. We decided on the Sleeper 2.0, because we bought the Concord pram with normal car seat in April. The Concord Sleeper 2.0 is very stable, and fixing it into the car is extremely simple, as here - unlike with baby car seats - the space of two car seats is required. It is quite possible that, in smaller cars, there won't be much room left for mum in that case. Due to its solid construction and size, it is also quite heavy. While my wife could move the car seats with our baby inside, there are limitations to what she can do with the Sleeper. We also found that we still needed a seat liner for the Sleeper, because in the event of harsh braking our baby's head is not as well supported as it should be. All in all though it's a great product, it's a shame that we didn't find it sooner. Then we would have spared ourselves the trouble of buying a car seat. Four stars, taking one away only for the weight and the difficulty in handling it, otherwise we are totally happy! (Posted on 10/07/2013)
